1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WonderPress (wonderpress.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. WonderPress is operated by AllScience.

2. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Age Requirements

• WonderPress content is designed for readers of all ages, including children ages 6-12.
• Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian create and manage their account.
• By creating an account for a child, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.

4. Content Licensing

• All books, audiobooks, and content on WonderPress are owned by their respective authors and publishers.
• Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and listen to that book.
• You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or publicly share purchased content.
• Free preview chapters may be accessed without purchase but remain subject to the same copyright protections.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.
• Payment is required before accessing full book content (preview chapters are free).
• WonderPress does not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled by Stripe.

6. Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 30 days for a refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
• To request a refund, email support@allscience.net.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy content.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or DRM protections.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

8. Intellectual Property

The WonderPress name, logo, and website design are the property of AllScience. All book content, cover art, and audiobook recordings are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

WonderPress is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific content in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WonderPress after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
